We are pleased to announce that Dr Efthymia Tsiolaki (PhD 2022, University of Cincinnati) has won a University of Toronto Arts & Sciences post-doctoral fellowship.
She will be working under the supervision of Professor Sarah Murray in this postdoctoral position during the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 academic years.
Her project, “From Palace to Countryside: Investigating Landscapes and Communities in Bronze Age Messenia”, focuses on reconstructing the role of rural population in economic and social organization of Mycenaean Greece using a range of methods, including spatial and ecological analysis.
